He holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College. Jason’s career includes roles with The Smith & Wollensky Group, Restaurant Associates/Patina Group, Le Meridien Hotel Group, and more. He resides in New York, NY.
